Dark clouds
Have stormed for so long
I barely remember the sun
You know the kind
So heavy with rain
They barely hold up the sky
As if to erupt every moment
Gray mist begins to part
As Radiant rays slice away
With warm return
In reliable expectancy
As the thickest water laden air
Gives way to golden beams
Hope returns
And heartbreak subsides
