You have up to 30 days to return or exchange your art. It will only be refunded if it is returned in completely new undamaged condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Please keep in mind that art is one of a kind unless stated otherwise. I do the best I can to render accurate colors, but every monitor displays differently.

Merchandise other than art is generally custom printed and cannot be returned except for defect. Contact us to report defective merchandise immediately upon receipt. I will do my best to rectify the situyation.

Services such as hypnosis cannot be returned, and payment is for session provided. Cancellation of hypnosis sessions must be done one week in advance. We will fully discuss the length and content of your appointment prior to booking your session.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition and type of item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to arrange return.
